Client representative role included:

Establishing a system for monitoring project progress, including regular reporting on key milestones, budget, and schedule.

Conducting regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments.

Keep the owner and stakeholders informed about the project status through clear and concise communication.

Anticipate and manage changes that occurred during the construction process, such as design modifications or scope adjustments.

Evaluated the impact of changes on the project timeline, budget, and resources.
